01/ PRODUCT DESIGN & ENGINEERING

Design & development of contact systems, including:
  1.Materials & plating selection
  2.Spring design
  3.Normal force simulation
Design for manufacturability & assembly (DFMA) reviews of customer designs
Use of finite element analysis (FEA) for risk reduction and shorter time to market
Environmental testing to IEC, USCAR, and other standards
Rapid prototyping of cable assembly and custom connector solutions for applications where off-the-shelf connectors do not meet your exact requirements

02/ AUTOMATION

Design & development of insertion heads for Autosplice insertion machines
Design, development, manufacturing, assembly & testing of custom automation for connector assembly
Automated and semi-automated connector assembly
Hi-Pot testing / Inkjet marking
Automated potting and rorm-in-place gaskets

Our engineering team also develops specialized contact systems such as pc board contacts designed to ensure reliable electrical performance and mechanical stability within complex electronic assemblies.
